Manage the maintenance crew and clean-up crew that work at Gesa Stadium, while keeping both the maintenance and clean-up of the stadium under budget without sacrificing quality, manage part of the in game staff, as well as aiding with other projects needed throughout the front office of the baseball team, responsible for payroll of maintenance and clean-up staff, supervising and working closely with multiple interns from international backgrounds.
