Post-merger integration of a global acquisition ( > 300 mio CHF sales, 11 plants). Main role is to coordinate all financial aspects of the post-merger integration process. This includes organisational development, reporting continuity, integration of systems for accounting/costing/reporting, project controlling and post-merger accounting

In charge of finance and accounting of the Asia-Pacific region (12 companies with 3-digit mio CHF sales, 42 Finance employees). Key activities were financial planning and budgeting, improvement of financial processes, working capital improvement, regional business development projects and corporate finance projects for China-based entities.

Financial controlling and planning for 6 production plants worldwide; business development (joint ventures, strategic alliances); standardisation of production cost accounting rules; introduction of a new production cost accounting system, investment planning.

Various positions at Procter & Gamble Finance, mainly in financial planning & analysis, supply chain controlling, internal auditing, profit forecasting.

Finance
