Jörg Jeschke

I help clients transform technology to accelerate growth, improve productivity and realize maximum value from their technology investments. At Gartner I established and scaled the Consulting from the ground up. By implementing strategic initiatives to enhance project delivery and boost client retention, I laid the foundation for substantial growth in team size, revenue, and profitability. Primary focus isn on the manufacturing sector, with emphasis on the automotive and their financial services divisions.

Several Leadership Functions - latest Role: I was appointed to lead a software development unit with full P&L responsibility, following the successful integration of a previously independent company unit into Capgemini. I led the a unit for Custom Development Solutions and IT Consulting. In this dual role, I held full P&L responsibility and led sales management for the parent organization. Under my leadership, the unit grew to generate €30-40 million in revenue with 120 onshore associates.

I built up the consulting division to complement the classic IT implementation business. I was responsible for all aspects from go-to-market strategy to recruiting. These experiences were an important basis for my further career at the interface between corporate functions and IT implementation.
