As Projectmanager and leading figure I focusing on sales strategies and new customer acquisition. I manage projects across the supply chain, from procurement to product sales, both online and directly. Transparent communication and organization are key, and I particularly enjoy managing projects and engaging with people. I also help develop strategies for marketing and product adjustments, while streamlining production with suppliers. This role provides me with broad experience in all areas of the business.

I supported the Assessment Center, created a blended-learning approach, analyzed past modules, and organized training. Assisted in developing selection criteria, created a case study on "Virtual Leadership & Cross-Functional Teams," and supported the first Barcamp at HUGO BOSS. Researched and presented on employee development and agile leadership. I quickly grasp new tasks, gained extensive expertise, and shared knowledge effectively.

An English-language, internationally focused master’s programme in which I learned about business administration equips you with essential business management, strategic, and process-oriented perspectives, along with the technological skills needed to develop and sustainably implement our own understanding of digital ideas.

In my degree program, I acquired essential business and retail knowledge, preparing me for leadership roles in the industry. The curriculum emphasized clear positioning in sales channels and adapting to changing consumer trends. With a strong focus on practical experience, I engaged in hands-on projects and internships with leading international retail companies, applying theoretical knowledge to real-world situations.

In the E-Commerce degree program, I explored the unique challenges of the market, gaining insights from recognized experts in the field. This program, the first of its kind at a public university, built on the previous focus within Business Informatics. Over the course of seven semesters, I received a comprehensive and in-depth education, equipping me with the skills needed to succeed in the dynamic world of e-commerce.
