Provide legal and policy advise to the International Civilian Representative (ICR)/European Union Special Representative (EUSR) within the mission mandate on collaboration with government institutions, international organizations and civil society actors. Developing strategy papers and mechanisms for effective implementation of the Mission mandate. Coordinate joint inter-agency activities, including monitoring mechanisms, for legal and policy harmonization with EU standards.

Under the umbrella of the UN Mission in Kosovo, develop and implement OSCE Mission program activities in the areas of education, population census, social welfare, health, employment, freedom of movement, inter-ethnic reconciliation, and return. Design and streamlining of Mission Program activities with the United Nations Standards for Kosovo in the areas of institutional capacity building and monitoring activities of Government performance.
