Analyses and projections: Analyzed impact of state regulation changes on welfare caseload and budget; created Access queries of welfare client database to model proposed changes; collaborated with program, policy, and field operations staff to ensure accurate modeling of proposed regulations. Database: Received 2011 Commissioner's Award for High Performance for creating Access database of vocational training program’s client enrollment and expenditure data to be used for vendor outcome measurement.

Project management; outcome measurement: Managed grants for health center with 3 sites serving low-income, uninsured, immigrant and minority patients. Created performance measurement system for outreach and insurance counseling staff. Grants: Wrote $50,000+ proposals for clinical programs, including two federal grants funded at $1.5M. Used local, state, and national data on health outcomes. Database: Developed Access database to replace spreadsheet, to manage grants and staff allocated to each grant.
