Project management and system implementation (running workshops with senior management to analyse their business requirements, installation and configuration of software on customer’s IT infrastructure, training/ knowledge transfer to customer’s staff, documentation, etc.)

Employed in the change integration section of management consulting services (MCS). This involved business process re-engineering projects, activity based costing, change management, etc.
