The Director Project Management Completions heads a multi tasked team of project specialists covering Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production, Installation, Quality, Planning, Certification, Finance and others. The Director Project Management Completions is responsible for their VVIP aircraft completion project whose value range between €150mio to €200mio.

Responsible for the functional and disciplinary management and guidance of the team of Engineering Project Managers. Performing resource and capacity planning , budget and invest planning for the cost center. Securing to work in accordance with the set up of Engineering Project Management standards and methods with regard to performance and execution of Project Management on all engineering tasks for all completion projects.

As Project Manager responsible for the management of all engineering activities on an Aircraft Completions and Refurbishment Project. In particular to monitor and supervise these activities in terms of workflow, schedule, cost and risks. Management of all engineering-interfaces and represent project-specific engineering department interests towards general management, production, and central functions.

* Disciplinary leadership for the "Project Management & Execution" Department * Responsibility for the department budget * Assignment of resources to Projects * Executive Project Manager for complex projects * Development of processes and procedures to support the project business * Cooperation and Participation in E+H Group projects and E+H networks (re-engineering projects ,etc) Support the development and implementation of project management structures and procedures in local E+H organizations.
