Als Group Director New Business Management habe ich das gruppenweite New Business mit aufgebaut und geführt, komplexe öffentliche Ausschreibungen und strategische Bieterkonsortien verantwortet und als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen C-Level, Geschäftsführern und den New Business Teams der MAI Group fungiert, die zu diesem Zeitpunkt aus neun Unternehmen bestand.

Aufbau und Steuerung einer Pipeline proaktiv identifizierter Wachstumspotenziale (Leads). Theodor-Heuss-Hauptschule is a local secondary school where a great number of refugee children attend regular classes alongside German students. In order for all non-native speakers to learn German, they are grouped into different levels of the priority language support courses of which I teach the beginner's level.

Maupard Fiduciaire is an international business advisory firm, specialised in bookkeeping and tax advice, striving to facilitate the growth in the French market. Business Development: Contact for potential and existing international clients, translations, interpreting, creating fee proposals. Marketing: Managing & analyzing website, promoting firm, benchmarking services. Identifying and attracting prospective clients and subsequently selling the company's services to them. Managing client dossiers.

The HDM provides lecturers who work for the three universities in central Hesse, Germany, with didactic seminars for continuing education. My role was to enable these seminars in terms of administrative preparation -- involving communication with the participants and instructors, scheduling workshops, updating of the program offer online and its promotion, signing up participants -- and also in terms of physical presence, opening and closing the sessions.

Assisting with the organization of mandatory and voluntary employee trainings in the fields of Health&Safety, Languages, and Soft Skills, and their follow-up. Communication with participants, translations, creation of reports, monitoring of the statistics. Participation in transnational projects: establishing a language tandem for Airbus employees worldwide or the harmonization of the training catalouges in DE, FR, UK, SP.
