Cost engineering activities at the Opel company on behalf of AVL Schrick, in charge of : * Estimating manufacturing costs of the new developed transmissions and engines program * Support the sales department for the sourcing process * Participating in the creation of cost models

Involvement in different projects with major automotive companies such as BMW, Honda, Audi, Fiat, MAN, etc * Realization of cost estimation and cost reduction * Provide internal and competitive benchmarking analysis * Identify/communicate/minimize component and/or system cost drivers

Involved in a Double Clutch transmission project for heavy duty vehicles, in charge of : * Estimating the manufacturing cost of the transmission with an accuracy of +/- 10% * Building a data base of "C" components

* Helping the contact between French and Chinese companies * Establishing reliable scheduling

On behalf the product line manager for the spares activities, in charge of * Managing the retrofit activities for ATR and Airbus program * Following the spares orders * Assuring good relationship between Airbus, customers and suppliers * Producing weekly reporting about the status of orders

* Achievement of requirement analysis of the company and existing processes * Drafting the Requirement Document * Setting-up new follow-up tables for commercial requirements

* Stock management (acceptance of good deliveries, preparation of orders)
