• I had built up and draw plans the strategy of work in general directorate for industrial development (GDID). • Continuous of enhancing and improving the quality work matrix in GDID and made the appropriate decisions in corporation with CEO. • I lead a different teams to check and evaluate the quality of production status of small and medium enterprises in Iraq and find solutions of problems during field inspection.

• Quality controlled and supervised of full mechanical, chemical, processes and field engineering work. • Write the specifications and planed the scheduled time of work. • Kept execution of work according plans, specification, standards in a target time. • Solved many problems in project site and eliminated unrequired steps according to project management and quality systems with their tools like fishbone, lean management and Six-Sigma.

• Reviewed and evaluated contracts/subcontracts agreements ensuring compliance and accountability for small and medium enterprises in different sectors like food, textile, plastic, metals factories. • Ensures proper safety policy and methods are utilized on assigned projects in different industry fields (mechanical, chemical, building materials, painting, oil, and food) in conjunction with our company safety professional and stated policy.
