• I worked in a call centre for 3 and ½ months, to pay for my gap year travelling. • I took orders from customers and dealt with complaints. • This forced me to find adequate solutions for the problems I faced and strengthened my professional phone presence to enable the best possible customer service.

• 2 weeks at the Adidas HQ and seeing how departments like Global Brands, Digital Experience, Design and Sales work individually, and together. • I was given the task of analysing the Adidas X football boot and presenting to the Design and Sales departments how to better reach the target audience.
