Prepared project schedules, monitored progress, and coordinated manpower. Conducted installation, testing, and interpretation of drawings.

Project: SMDC Coast Residences and SMDC Air Residences Supervised fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary works for high-rise projects. Monitored installations and ensured quality compliance. Provided technical advice and solutions on-site.

Project: Y - Tower Oversaw fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary works for commercial projects. Supervised construction activities and manpower. Ensured adherence to safety and project specifications.

Project: St. Luke’s Medical Center Quezon City Maintained and repaired air-conditioning and mechanical systems. Conducted preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of AC units and chillers. Prepared shift reports and supervised manpower assignments.
