Led mechanical commissioning for Tier III/IV data centers, managing chillers, CRAH/CRAC, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, piping and BMS/DCIM integration. Developed commissioning plans, ITPs, FAT/SAT, functional tests and IST, including black-building/load testing. Led QA/QC checks per ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ISO and Uptime standards. Delivered handover, SOPs/EOPs, O&M manuals and operator training. Optimized PUE/WUE via CHW reset, VFD tuning and airflow management, achieving 100% IST compliance zero downtime.

Led QA/QC, installation and commissioning for a 48 MW Microsoft hyperscale data center. Directed resources, quality audits, walk down and commissioning delivery. Managed QA/QC inspections and FAT for pumps, fan wall units, PAHU, VAHU, DG sets and HSD tanks. Reviewed/approved method statements, checklists and ITPs. Oversaw L2/L3 commissioning of HVAC, fire pump, HSD, DG, LT/HT panels and transformers, ensuring client compliance and approval.

Led QA/QC as client representative for structural, piping and equipment erection, testing and commissioning for the 5 MnTPA Phase II Kalinganagar Steel Plant expansion, covering BF2, SMS2, RMHS and Coke Oven Batteries 3 & 4. Reviewed method statements, ITPs, checklists and QA/QC records. Managed welder qualifications, FAT/SAT, inspections, audits and mechanical commissioning. Drove NCR/CAR/PAR closure and presented quality observations and case studies to senior management.

Led MEP QA/QC for erection, testing and commissioning of an 80 MW IT load CtrlS data center. Reviewed/approved method statements, ITPs and checklists, securing PMCM/client sign-off. Managed daily inspection reports, QA/QC records, material inspections and site certifications. Conducted FAT for tanks, pumps, FWU, AHU, PAHU and VAHU, and led SAT/Cx with commissioning teams. Raised NCRs and drove timely closure through CAR/PAR monitoring.

Led MEP QA/QC for erection, testing and commissioning of the Sify Technologies data center, Kolkata, while serving as third-party inspection engineer for railway wagon fabrication. Managed inspection reports, QA/QC records, material certification and site inspections. Conducted SAT/Cx with commissioning teams and witnessed chemical, physical, NDT and DT tests. Verified jigs/fixtures, raised and closed NCRs through CAR/PAR, and secured RDSO/client approvals.

Served as Structure & Equipment QA/QC Engineer for Raw Material Handling Systems fabrication and utility buildings at Tata Steel. Inspected materials, consumables and fabrication against TDS, BOQ, QAP and applicable codes. Witnessed chemical, physical and NDT tests and validated reports. Conducted stage-wise inspections, maintained QA/QC records, managed welder qualifications and vendor performance, and drove NCR/SOR corrective actions to ensure quality and compliance.

Served as Piping QA/QC In-Charge for erection, testing and commissioning on Tata Steel’s 5 MnTPA Jamshedpur expansion and 3.8 MnTPA Kalinganagar Greenfield Project. Managed material/consumable inspections, chemical/physical tests and radiography as per project standards. Conducted stage-wise inspections, maintained QA/QC records and ensured drawing/BOQ/QAP compliance. Led mechanical testing/commissioning, welder qualifications, vendor assessments and NCR/SOR corrective actions.
