Served as AI architect, defined development practices, contributed to the enterprise GenAI blueprint and facilitated delivery as Scrum Master. Built a privacy-focused M365 Copilot alternative and revitalized ML initiatives. Impact: ~6% projected global productivity gain. Stack: Kubernetes, Azure ML, Haystack, Flask, PostgreSQL and Langfuse.

Software development in C++ for iLBS (Integriertes Leit- und Bediensystem), a ground transportation system within the Digitale Knoten Stuttgart project, using Agile/Scrum. Contributed to early AI transformation activities by exploring, architecting and prototyping GenAI solutions to improve engineering productivity.
