Upon the completion of the acquisition of Cricket Communications, my previous employer, AT&T reduced the Staffing levels by 16 and retained 2 for the closure/disposition of any remaining issues with Cricket Communications Purchasing. Meaning, any work completed was driven through communication with Internal Customers as well as External Suppliers to address any outstanding issues with a final disposition of closed. The project stated with 22,000 open po lines to a final disposition of 62 lines.
