Motivated teamwork oriented and a hardworking person with total experience of 4+years of working experience.I have a deep understanding related to Mro data and technical background,Engine and aircraft components and aircraft systems and their overhaul process.I am able to identify trends and forecast future performance.My analytical skills allow me to quickly find solutions to complex problems and knowledge on material movement and supply process ,surplus materials, inventory management, MS Office and SAP.

The job profile is to communicate with the customer on behalf of brand and solving their query and providing solutions regarding the product by call and email. Provide and maintain strong professional communication with all customers by always showing empathy. Positive and proactively provide the solution and have a desire for applying continuous process improvement . Meeting the TAT and work accordingly without compromising the quality of work and multitasking.

Receiving the aircraft arrival/departure flight by establishing communication (head set or using manual signals) using standard phraseology/signs between the ground and cockpit crew. Co-ordinate with engineer and cockpit crew for any technical equipment service required prior or on arrival. Co-ordinate with engineer for Engine start up on the bay for the aircrafts with APU unserviceable. Upon completion of pushback provide the clearance for engine start.
