My main role r is to support the regional managent across Latin America, Middle East and Africa. The position is part of the regional management team based in Athens. I work together with our sales organisation across our +70 markets on a daily basis and my role entails a wide variety of tasks, but mainly concern: -Strategy planning and implementation -Market expansion and establishment of new organisation(s) -Business case analysis -Contract negotiation -Project management

The role of the position were to engage in larger cross functional projects with finance as the focal point. The position covered many different tasks such as valuing new products, portfolio management, valuation of early stage discovery projects, strategic analysis, scenario building, product profitability, assessing the internal financial controls etc. As the business caseapproach and the project management were dominant, I have obtained good skills in building excel models and driving projects

The focus of the position were to control the cost development of a production site by delivering economic information and analysis to the management. The job entailed a variety of classic controlling assignments among these were fixed and variable cost controlling, budget planning, calculation of yields and production volumes. Furthermore I participated in ad hoc projects among these designing a Full Cost model, enabling management to receive a more holistic view of the cost structure.
