• On boarding the new customers in our Data centers • Design/Implement and Troubleshoot for the new projects and participate in client meetings to understand the scope of the project. • Implement the changes on the network/Security devices • Complete the project and document the topology and handover to BAU Operation Team.

• Overseeing network planning and administration, designing, installing and maintaining Network Data & Security infrastructure. • Configured and Implemented Routing Protocols OSPF, EIGRP and BGP in Data Centre • Configured routers and switches for customers using various technologies such as STP, NAT, VLANs, HSRP, GLBP and VPN Tunnels with encryption.

• Involved in resolving the day to day Network Issues of our clients • Installations and configurations of new sonic wall firewalls, Cisco ASA and Routers in client locations • Configuration and Implementation of site to site and site to client VPNs in Cisco ASA/SonicWALL

• Commissioning and upgrading Cisco routers, switches and firewall IOS using TFTP. • Implementing both inbound and outbound access-lists on ASA firewall. • Configuring all AAA clients to AAA server. • Implementing Network Address Translation (NAT) and overloaded NAT on managed router
