I am a Senior Consultant focusing on areas like Asset Management, Annual shutdown, Reliability and Maintenance (especially precision maintenance).

Implementation of RCM concepts like Bad actor management, Criticality and Asset strategies (FMEA). Risk assessments using the methods like HAZOP and LOPA. MOC Champion for new projects and installations. The implementation and creation of plant specific documents using European (EN ISO) and OSHA. Planning and preparation of the budget for the annual shutdown. The monthly reporting on the calculation of maintenance costs and the tracking of the most important cost efficient tasks.

Preventive and Predictive maintenance of the machines. Automation of the production line and digitalisation of OEE measurement. Planning, management, optimisation of production processes and monitoring (6 aerosol and 5 liquid lines). Monitoring and implementation of continuous improvement measures (SMED, 5s, production downtime, spare parts management) to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Development of a new raw material (SUMO - SUperficially MOdified) with a 5-member team by recycling used tyres. SUMO is used in the production of tyres, TPE and geomembranes. Responsible for testing the compound (SUMO) at the customer sites - Germany, Croatia, Czech Republic, Italy - for the next 2 years. Participation in international conferences and Expo for the market development of the SUMO. (Interview was published in the magazine "Tyre and Rubber Recycling" - issue 2015).

• Research was performed with the Polymer composites from the tyre tread compounds containing recycled material and its comparisons with the tread compounds without recycled material. • Dynamic mechanical analysis using non-linear shear experiments were done using advanced rheometers and the results were analyzed using origin lab software.

Design of the vulcanizing press to increase efficiency and reduce the production cycle time. Continuous improvement projects through the use of lean tools, in particular 5S and DMAIC. Research project on compounding and extrusion profiles for tire production.

• Master thesis on long-term predictions of polymer material properties using short-term tests with time-stress superposition principle. • Uniaxial compression tests were performed for the investigations on Polyphenyl Sulfone. • Tests were analyzed with Matlab modeling.
