Delivered advanced ERP training to 300+ engineers and planners. Architected a 10-level asset hierarchy for 17,500+ telecom towers, migrating 159,000+ assets in full compliance with ISO 14224. Spearheaded end-to-end migration of 132,000+ preventive maintenance plans and 1.8M historical work orders, ensuring data integrity, operational continuity, and optimized maintenance performance.

Delivered ERP maintenance module training to 400+ users and led data standardization for 36,000+ assets in collaboration with maintenance experts. Designed and implemented an ISO 14224–compliant asset hierarchy up to level 8. Reviewed and optimized preventive maintenance plans for 21,000+ assets and 400 standardized work task templates. Executed large-scale data migration, importing 71,000+ spare parts and migrating 1,700+ historical and active work orders into the ERP system.

Standardized operational equipment across 25+ steel chain plants with ISO 14224. Generated bi-weekly and monthly production reports, analyzing performance trends and identifying root causes of lost production. Built strong client relationships through effective communication and needs-driven solutions. Led the design and development of the IPCMMS CMMS platform within NIOC, delivering core modules including Inspection, RBI, RCM, Calibration, PM, and CBM. Embedded leading maintenance and asset management standards such as ISO 14224, OREDA, RCM3, SMRP, EN 15341, and ISO 55000 series, serving major oil, gas, petrochemical, and energy organizations nationwide.

Produced end-to-end CMMS documentation (As-Is, Gap Analysis, To-Be, design models, user guides) and delivered training to super users and end users to drive adoption. Designed standards-based maintenance dashboards, KPIs, and reports (EN 15341, SMRP, ISO 14224). Standardized asset data and hierarchies using ISO 14224, NORSOK Z-008, and OREDA, defined PM workflows with engineers, and executed CMMS data migration for major oil, gas, and petrochemical companies.
