I was responsible for doing research on how localisation could be improved and the effects of certain stylistic text on the cultural symbols between and within a country.

Alt Magazine Co is a magazine with content on perspective, poetry and prose. As the founder, I led a team of 5 to generate content for the publication. I was also involved in fundraising and organising marketing events for the brand.

I attend to customers returns and complaints by addressing their needs and concerns.
