As a Corporate Recruiter I contribute to the success of the Ocom Group by attracting talent for the various (international) companies. This concerns managing the entire recruitment process from employer branding to finding the most suitable candidate for a position.

Responsible for the entire recruitment process of HLB Schippers' five locations. Tasks include job interviews, advertising, updating recruitment website, organising small inhouse visits, collaboration with colleges and universities, contactperson for internal and external recruitment matters. Since October 2009 I also worked for the Communications department. Responsible for corporate website and intranet site, customer magazine (HLB Nieuws), e-news and corporate identity.

Responsible for recruitment of business to business marketeers, both Dutch and English-language. Tasks included job interviews, selection days and creation of annual recruitment plan. Also responsible for employee benefits.
