Provide human resources consultation and account management support to small business PEO clients in 26 states, including California. Account management of 100+ PEO and ASO accounts. Coordinate HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Tax/Accounting services for all assigned accounts. Create and implement communication plans. Resolve routine and escalated client service issues.
