Projects: Development of API integrations between HealthBeacon and clients, implemented change request process and use of software development documentation, responsible for improvements and bug fixes deployment, and IT consultancy for HealthBeacon clients. Achievements: Successful rollout of 4 integration projects on time and in budget, supported global SQA process for a pharmaceutical client, supported Anatel/Anvisa certification in Brazil, coordinated HealthBeacon translations in 5 languages.

Projects: Integration Services – development of an API to integrate Novartis and its clients to a new solution as part of Novartis enterprise web services. Achievements: Rollout of phase 1 of the API project, liaised with the quality team to ensure all documentation was according to Novartis’ standards and guidelines (GxP).

Projects: Implementation of Vitro Software in Ireland, UK, Australia, and Brazil. Vitro is a bespoke software that provides an electronic record customised to an organisation’s unique needs. Achievements: Successfully coordinated the testing and rollout of 154 web apps for a client in Australia, 40 web apps in Ireland, UK, and Brazil. Organised requirement gathering workshops and suggested changes on the processes.

Projects: Microsoft Licensing Compliance Control Programme (finance), global audit Programme. Achievements: Supported around 30 finance audits, created an alignment report bringing data from 4 different systems on Excel using formulas and macros, covered PM absences, created communication templates – word and email – to be used across the team, Supported the development of a CRM Dynamics solution for the business.

- Support to Philips Employees in Portugal and Brazil. - Troubleshooting software’s issues using remote connection or telephone, also checking cables, connection and escalating service if necessary. - Updating anti-virus program and scanning customer’s computer. - Resetting passwords, unlocking users and giving advice related to their computer maintenance.

Achievements: Reverted the portfolio’s ROI from negative to positive within 18 months by engaging with clients in arrears, maintaining current businesses, and by prospecting new businesses for both Personal and Business accounts, travelled to different states to train small teams and to cover holidays, coordinated marketing strategies aimed at universities and colleges to bring new business in.
