Provide sales and customer support for 20 plus retailers who use InComm to process pre-paid long distance, cellular and gift card products. Provide both assigned sales representatives and the retailer with reporting, contract administration and act as central point of contact between IT, Marketing, Fulfillment, Billing and other departments. Make sure all required paperwork for new retailers is in order and complete. Work with Project Management and other departments to be sure all testing and applications
