This included designing, implementing and managing the Rewards and Performance Management frameworks, as well as leading the Organizational Design, Effectiveness and Workforce Planning portfolio.

I designed and implemented the total rewards framework which enabled a reduction of $50+ million in budget, while simultaneously driving performance across the workforce through rolling out a multi-pronged incentive system.
