I am responsible for running all aspects of a successful Recruitment Consultancy to include Business Development, Client liaison, Delivery Models, Stratgeic Growth Plans, Staff development and P&L. I also manage a small number of individual accounts servicing their contract and permanent requirements in the IT space. The majority of my time is spent ensuring that our strategic growth plans are implemented and delivered on.

Progressed from Trainee Recruitment Consultant through the ranks to my final position of UK Sales Director. My particular area of expertise was taking problem or non performing offices/divisions and turning them into highly successful and profitable businesses. As UK Sales Director I played an instrumental role taking the company to a successful IPO in 2005.
