Developing solutions on Main frame, , front axle, axle box, dump body, super structure, Machine Shop and Cutting & Forming areas also any kind of dimensional matter, formats, supervising NDT inspectors (VT, UT, MT, PT), weekly presentation of Quality results, man-hour control, accident reports, first article inspection(APQP & PPAP’s), development of documents as MRDR, CAR, NCR. Reduce of rejection rate and management of all kind of quality projects, PFMEA, Control plan and QMS implementation
