During the internship I could keep learning about the whole brew process and how works a craft local brewery from within. It is remarkable the improvement of mi knowledge about raw materials and organic farming due to this brewery grow their own ingredients to use in their recipes.

Specific formation in the field of beer technology. The Degree was finished with the Master Thesis entitled: “Quality analyses of the barley malt produced in Lo Vilot brewery” in collaboration with the brewery “Lo Vilot Farm Brewery” settled in Spain (Almacelles, Lleida).

Education in one of the most representatives Universities for developing industrial technicians in Spain. The Degree was finished with one year in France in "École supérieure de chimie physique électronique" (CPE) in Lyon. This period abroad also include the Final Thesis.
