Provide support to the commercial area in search and creation of new business opportunities based on rendering Supply Chain services, assessing customer’s operations, preparation of offer package and coordination of implementation strategies with customers. Assist Supply Chain regional directors in services development, by means of offering's coordination, assessment of required infrastructure, suppliers scouting and implementation in each area.

Development of the distribution network in the USA, to allow the just-in-time service directly to the end users. Responsible for the definition of the business plan, services portfolio, required infrastructure and investments, and the economic evaluation of the project. Design of the logistic network and warehouses, staffing requirements and management processes, ensuring compliance with the required safety and efficiency standards, and definition of the performance indicators and execution budget.

Leading a team of 2 manager and 8 analysts, I was responsible for the Management Control of SC Variable Cost with a global budget of ~800 US$ Mill, covering Port Operations, Maritime and Land Freight, Warehouses and Service Bases. Management of the global SC capital expenditure with a budget of 50 US$ Mill following health, safety and environmental best practices, providing engineering support from design thru implementation, promoting knowledge sharing between regions, and evaluating return of investment.

Responsible for the mill allocation and delivery date process for Tenaris offers ensuring delivery compliance, optimizing plant load balance between the different production units. Definition of medium and long term forecast allocation, identification of critical processes proposing de-bottlenecking initiatives. Steel sourcing strategy for Argentina and Brazil facilities. Developed simulation models to optimize the plant capacity of the threading facilities located in US and Colombia
