• Promote the improvements detected in the methods implemented to ensure efficiency in production lines • Schedule and perform internal audits within the production areas where the continuous improvement system has been implemented, proposing corrective actions against the deviations detected mainly through 5's methodology. • Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement methods and operational efficiency.

• Management of platform SAP PM module. • Machines analysis for the creation of maintenance plans. • Train the technical and production personnel in SAP to create corrective maintenance notifications, and ensure knowledge transfer. • Comply quality and operations norms with NOM ISO9001 and ISO / TS16949 • Satisfy the customer through the development and supply of plastic auto parts with profitability. • Implement clean and orderly working conditions using the 5's methodology.

• SAP PM platform management. • Analysis and development of maintenance plans with SAP. • Management and control of MRO's inventories. • Troubleshooting using ACR tool, Kaizen. • Ensure the preventive, predictive and planned maintenance programs, list of condition activities to ensure smooth operation and extend the life of production equipment. • Comply with operating standards and with the Safety and Environment policies as well as Quality and Food Safety. • Promote continuous improvement.

• Robotics - Development of wheelchair controlled by cell phone voice control. • Strengthening of the academic group, interactive systems and virtual reality. • Member of IEEE 2012 ITP branch. • Participation in the science and technology week of CONACYT 2013.
