Responsible for structuring the company’s production planning and control (PPC) department, creating tools and reports pertaining the area, material planning and production management.

Responsible for supervision of the PPC department; supervision of production, development of product blow-up, developing new tools to control production and materials, preparation of production daily schedule, new product development, process control methods, system development company's own ERP, scheduling and delivery charges for the provision of transport management from production to final delivery of products to the customer (supply chain).

Coordinating department; entering service orders, planning, programming and production control, calculation of production capacity for machines, preparation of reports with efficiency rates; implementing changes in production areas; development of production schedules for follow-up; establishment of production process routines of materials and equipment purchases specification; processes to reduce manufacturing time; drafting costs of manufactured products.
