Led European supplier integration into the Scope 3 decarbonization roadmap across France, Germany and Italy. Conducted supplier carbon-footprint assessments using Climatip, GHG Protocol and Bilan Carbone. Built a maturity-impact segmentation model to prioritize high-emission suppliers, co-developed reduction plans with procurement, and supported eco-design, circular economy and lower-carbon material initiatives while monitoring CSRD and ESRS requirements.

Researched obsolescence management in industrial maintenance and production systems, with a focus on lifecycle management and circular economy principles. Developed AutoCAD layouts and equipment-tracking tools, contributed to SAP implementation, applied Lean Six Sigma to improve productivity, and supported quality, HSE, energy-efficiency and carbon-capture initiatives. Also worked on factory layout optimization, environmental reporting and shop-floor performance improvement.

Gained practical experience in rolling-stock manufacturing, maintenance and overhaul, covering bogies, braking systems, suspension components and diesel locomotives. Supported wheelset inspection, bearing and damper servicing, failure analysis and NDT activities. Developed hands-on knowledge of machining, welding, fabrication, production planning and quality control in railway workshop operations, including tolerances, structural assemblies and component refurbishment.
