• Organize and manage the vehicle validation test and related work in the vehicle development project • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vehicle DVP • Organization or coordination of related test resources • Vehicle test organization and execution, test vehicle management, test facility management • Vehicle test data collection, data verification and analysis, prepare test report and deliver test results • Lead and report the issues/problem/status during vehicle testing

• Member of EEG (Engineering experts group) developing engineering tools from early design stages to tool kick-off • Support team members in all Attribute related requirements impacting both design and performance • Apply new technical and legal developments to company guidelines • Support Geely project teams (Smart, Geely, Link&Co) through gateway/milestone reviews (Technical Input, Feasibility Checks, Concept Releases) Development of BI system to track and generate PAP/VDS/SDS and testing plan

• Lead Vehicle Testing activities including Prototype and Hardware Management • Definition of the project scope, deliverables and timeline with stakeholders in line with development process • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering service supplier • Estimate and control testing budget • Communication with Management for testing related topics • Monitor progress and issue management • Coordinate development activities with external partners • Standard and Test Procedure creation

• Management of Interior and Exterior Trim Testing, in charge of 5 engineers • Management of Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to ensure timing, quality and cost are met • Ensure all testing related activities to meet Qoros and international standards. • Budget development and control for testing related activities • Issue management through internal issue resolution system • Deliver sign off for systems and components • Support Design Development by specifying requirements in the Exterior and Interior area
