Assist the Business Development Unit with leads/opportunities identification. Define project's scope and perform technical and economical analysis. Manage both internal and external resources during the project's lifecycle. Define bidding packages and manage subcontractors according to schedule and budget. Review and approve the design criteria used for the projects as well as the Quality Assurance / OSHA plans. Resolve/Decide over technical and contractual issues with lead and field engineers.

Actively participating in the scope definition of the project and review of Work Quantities and Bill of Materials. Preparation of bidding packages for subcontractors. Reviewing technical offers from manufacturers. Testing and measurement of the earth-ground systems throughout the plants, including several substations and instrumentation/control building. Performing ground grid studies and designing modifications and enlargement as required. Designing new and modified earth-ground systems.

Engineering and Design of Low, Medium and High voltage power systems for Oil & Gas and Utility sectors. Coordinating interdisciplinary requirements. Establish all the engineering and design procedures as part of the Quality Plan. Performed Electrical Power Systems Studies, including Load Flow, Motor Starting and Short-Circuit. Perform all calculations, specifications and drawings regarding electrical, control & protection, Fire Detection and Alarms systems.

Technical Analysis of Healthcare facilities Auxiliary Systems for the installation of specialized medical equipment like: Computerized Tomography Units, Magnetic Resonance and Radiotherapy equipment, X-Rays, etc. Develop all the Electrical design and documentation for the construction/modification on the existing systems. Managed and supervised all the construction/contractors and installation of the electrical and auxiliary systems in the facilities.

Engineering and Design duties for the Oil & Gas Industry projects. Electrical Power Systems Studies: Load Flow, Motor Starting, Short-Circuit, etc. HV Transmission Substations. Calculations of all the auxiliary systems like Battery Bank/Rectifiers and DC electrical system design. Indoor and outdoor lighting system design. Major Equipment Specifications. CAD Drawings, Layouts, Sections and Views, Installation Drawings, Control Schematics, Wiring and Cabling Diagrams.
