Responsible for the mechanical project of an automated shear testing equipment aiming to provide Big Data and Deep Learning for Artificial Intelligence, focusing on the development of new materials.

-Design and testing of structural adhesive joints made of CFRP and aluminium substrates bonded with a crash resistant adhesive; -Aging and fatigue testing of adhesive joints; -Mechanical project (manufacturing, testing and optimization) of an automotive structure (“front header”).

Evaluation of the effect of strain rate and temperature on a crash-resistant adhesive and CFRP mechanical properties for the automotive industry.

- Responsible for the creation of templates, dynamic maps and organizational charts for the control of the equipment, maintenance and logistics departments for the markets of Malawi, Zambia, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Rwanda; - Responsible for the process of demobilization and exportation of equipment from Malawi to other markets: Zambia, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Rwanda; - Responsible for the contact with suppliers and creation of comparative maps for purchasing of new equipment and accessories.

- Collect, prepare and analyse samples during drilling operations; - Practice in technical department regarding assembly and calibration of sensors; - To provide maintenance and on-site technical support in case of equipment failure; - Gas detection and analysis (FID, Dual-FID); - Hydraulic, well control, tripping and volume calculations during drilling; - Real time monitoring of drilling activity onsite.

- Mechanical design of Electric motors according to IEC, ISO and API standards (ATEX/IECEx); - Project and certification process of power terminal box; - Part and assemble technical drawing and structural analysis (SolidWorks); - Project of moulds (foundry); - Definition of the parameters for the fabrication of mechanical components; - Execution of projects in close consultation with project team, clients and suppliers.

Master Degree Internship: Laser microtexturization of titanium and its alloys. Study the microtexturing of Ti commercially pure and Ti-6Al-4V alloy surfaces using a fiber laser Nd:YAG (1064 nm), to be transmitted in pulsed mode and pulse width in the nanosecond ranges.
