Managed delivery across 25 concurrent projects for ARS Traffic and Transport Technology, Netherlands, covering Traffic Management, Marine, Logistics, Enforcement, and Smart Mobility. Led a 175-person India delivery team remotely through COVID without missing a single delivery commitment to the Netherlands client.

EQS Group AG is a German provider of regulatory technology and investor relations solutions, headquartered in Munich. Supported EQS Group AG, Germany in Finance, HR, and IT operations. Introduced Power BI reporting and automated manual processes, cutting audit preparation time by half.

16 years • Joined as founding Director, built the India subsidiary from scratch and grew to Managing Director overseeing full delivery for German clients. Travelled to Germany multiple times over 16 years, working directly with the client teams on requirements, delivery reviews, and relationship management. Built the India subsidiary from scratch, found the office, hired the first team, and grew it to 185 people delivering German customs software and generating €2.8M in annual revenue.
