Client: General Motors - Responsible to plan the overall program and set the strategy for the product development. -In charge to monitor the progress of the facility activities, machines readiness (installation, acceptance) and launch of transmission Components. - Management of project budget and resources allocation. - Risk management and program governance definition.

-Responsible to plan, organize, secure and manage resources to drive BI Projects. -Benchmarking of manufacturing and production operations. (OEE, Production Capacity, Cycle Time, Labor Productivity, Warehouse Capacity, Days Inventory, Internal Quality, Plant Efficiency, Financial Ratios, etc...) -Support to the board of directors in the implementation of the strategic planning and follow up to the new business opportunities -Monitoring and scanning of business environment

- Support in project management activities and development of calculation and offers. - Follow up to project activities between the different departments for the machine and process development, working as a point of contact between Mexican clients and Germany. - Provide support for building up a local team in Mexico. - Analysis of project closeout reports in terms of costs and examination of reasons for the differences betwen Target & Actual costs.

- Coordination of the New Product Introduction of 4 transmission cases for Daimler. - Manage the project cost, time and scope along the phases of the project. - Elaboration of offers for different clients, CAPEX calculation and payback analysis. - Manufacturing processes design, development of international suppliers, machinery evaluation for projects, coordination of FMEA, quality assurance, workplace safety, continuous improvement and process analysis.

- Coordination of engineering changes, organization of documents released and management of bill of materials. - Calculation of production costs and update data in ERP system MFG-pro. - Coordination of first product samples and elaboration of SOP.
