• Effectively grow existing and open new accounts/business within Aerospace & Aviation • Build good working relationships with clients and candidates • Obtain appointments, attend tradeshows • Full recruitment lifecycle • Ensure all requirements are delivered • Responsible for resourcing candidates for requirements by undertaking database searches, qualifying candidates’ suitability and submitting relevant details • Arranging interviews, closing candidates and clients post interview.
