Responsibilities: - Manage IT projects from requirement definition to the implementation and setup of telecommunications hardware, as well as software development for Information Systems. Employ project management methodologies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ISO standards for Quality (9001), Services (20000-1), and Emergency Management (22320). - Proactively analyze project management processes, promoting continuous improvement. - Lead meetings and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Serve as liaison between the Project Manager and engineering team, overseeing IT services from external suppliers and infrastructure maintenance. - Ensure IT project deployments comply with ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 22320 standards. - Supervise and improve IT management processes following ITIL best practices (Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management, etc.). - Manage one team member supporting departmental operations.

Responsibilities: - Documented software processes in line with ISO 9001 and 20000-1 standards. - Developed and maintained desktop (C#), mobile (Java, Kotlin, Swift), and bot (Python) applications. - Supported infrastructure inspections with drones, programmed radio terminals for operational use.
