Sidestep from my Talent Acquisition career where I had the opportunity to work in HR analytics, providing reports and insights for our Talent Development team analizing information from more than 3000 employees in Europe, generating quality reports for high level stakeholders.

Working together with the Executive Director and the Page Executive Team Spain providing insights for searches (business intelligence) and client-focused tasks that include e.g. meeting/screening candidates through telephone or personal Interviews, preparation of Long- and Shortlists, internal mandate process management and sourcing & development of new candidates and clients.

I worked for different Recruitment agencies in Barcelona: managing both clients directly (including sometimes Key Account Management) and teams of up to 12 people. Experience in multiple fields: Fashion, Finance, Legal, Engineering, IT, etc. and with a focus on Executive profiles. Companies I've worked with: Talent Search People, Alexander Hughes, Luxe Talent

Gestiono proceso de búsqueda directa de profesionales de diferentes sectores principalmente Servicios Profesionales, Comerciales y Distribución, Directivos y otros. Llevo a cabo el contacto con el cliente, definición del perfil, búsqueda de candidatos, entrevistas, informes y coordinación final del proceso.
