1.Perform in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry assays, rat tissue preparation for detection of gene and protein patterns. 2. Perform Biomolecular assays such as qPCR, RT-PCR for gene expression profiling. 3. Compile, analyze and interpret results with the aid of bioinformatic pipelines. 4.Prepare reagents and maintain inventory of materials, and antibodies. 5. Train and oversee undergrad students with their respective tasks. 6. Assist the Principal Investigator with administrative tasks.

1. Performed routine purified water sampling for chemical (TOC and conductivity) microbiological testing. 2. Assisted the Microbiology lab with the role of taking air samples of various manufacturing rooms at monthly and quarterly intervals. 3. Coordinated with supervisors and QA personnel to execute equipment sampling for chemical and microbiological testing. 4. Utilized LIMS to document sampling details on the database.
