Accountable for P&L of the Quadient BPA (Business Process Automation) Business Unit in DACH & Italy. Responsible for running Sales, Pre-Sales and Consulting teams across the region.

Responsible for all net new business at AVAYA GmbH & Co KG in Germany. Running 5 regional teams with around 40 people.

Installation and management of international sales channels in central & eastern Europe. Development and fulfillment of sales and marketing strategies. Acquisition and signing of new strategic partners.

Responsible for all sales in central Europe. Successful channel management and expansion leading to an overachievement of quota.

Successful establishment and management of a marketing department for EMEA and America. Management of American sales department. Development and establishment of new business areas. Strategic long term planning for European and American territories. Negotiations with major OEM customers in Europe and Asia (e.g. Ricoh Japan, Seiko, HP, TA).

Responsible for all Software and Hardware sales at RATIO. Installation and lead of an international sales team. Installation and management of international sales channels in EMEA and America. Development and execution of sales strategies. Acquisition and signing of new OEM customers.

Management and expansion of channel sales for software solutions and hardware in central European countries. Negotiating and signing of in ernational partner and distribution contracts.
