Acting as OE lead, coaching the new green belts and work as “assessor” for certification of green belts. Representing the Roche BPE group in conferences as speaker and moderator.

Expert for analytical questions representing the company at meetings with authorities (FDA/EMEA) in person. Active involvement in international technical teams including the responsibility for the successful planning and launching of Roche’s new biological entities as analytical project lead. I was the direct line manager of the associated lab technicians, lab chief and specialist. I was promoted as deputy for the section head and had extensive experience with coaching our colleagues from Japan.

I was working as scientific expert for Wondrugs’ owned technology, performing patent research, feasibility and market share analysis. In addition I was actively involved in Wondrug’s business plan development and fund raising presentations at investor meetings (with CEO). I also represented Wondrug on external exhibitions and in scientific journals.
