Major tasks: process reviews of company wide security relevant processes for certifications such ISO 27001, concept design on secure integration of mobile devices, audits and functionality tests on security, data privacy and abuse protection of mobile services.

Data warehouse project for costumer revenue analysis with regard to investment and profi- tability of advertisements in online media working in in close collaboration with marketing, affiliate, sales and technical teams.

Data warehouse project for quality assurance of customer service department through analysis of existing data and creation of realtime monitoring reports enabling monitoring of current customer service team performance.

Development of a fully Java based autodeployment tool for lab appliances including TFTP and PXE bootable DHCP server, Apache Derby database and Hibernate persistence framework as well as a web-based graphical user interface to enhance efficency of quality assurance and customer service department.
