In the IT Department at Siemens I was able to gain a better understanding of the impact of the internal Communication & Change process of big businesses. It allowed me insights in different areas: Conception and implementation of communication tools, consulting, analyzing all internal Social Media analytics with the help of Excel and introducing and implementing agile methodology.

I gained insights in the occupational health department and occupational safety department. I was able to expand my event management skills by creating health management workshops for Siemens employees and being responsible for their successful execution. My main task in the department of safety management implementing defined measures to reduce the total number of accidents. I mainly achieved that by planning small events and creating visual posters and newsletters to spread awareness.
