Posting job openings, sourcing, reviewing resumes, interviewing in English, maintain a talent pool and managing tasks using Greenhouse ATS. Working on projects to improve processes, enhance data-driven approach.

Collaborating with management to determine recruitment needs and working closely with business managers and departments. Actively sourcing technical candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews in English, and managing documentation. Building a strong candidate pipeline, placing employees in appropriate departments, and supporting the onboarding process.

Finding suitable IT candidates using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases like TalentRover / Salesforce. Approaching candidates, conducting pre-screening phone calls, and organizing interviews with the recruiting team. Providing additional support to the HR team as needed.
