Leading the communications team of Wikimedia Deutschland with disciplinary and budget responsibility. In charge of communication strategy, crisis PR and team development (7 employees). Close collaboration with our editor-in-chief for all day-to-day communication. Reporting line to head of comms/ events department.

In charge of all communications regarding the German-speaking Wikipedia community. Spokesperson for Germany with regards to community comms. Communications on all channels, including classic PR, social media, blogging, institutional cooperations. Close work with Wikipedia community members.

Internal communications for one of the business groups at HERE.

Handling corporate communications in German- and Arabic-speaking countries. This includes strategic planning of PR work, maintaining and expanding Blacklanes media network as well as writing PR texts and blog posts in German and English. Furthermore I am an expert in story-telling, with a current focus affiliate communications, Employer Branding and investor-related projects.

In charge of all marketing activities from campaigns, online marketing, PR and events for Interoute in Germany and Austria. With a passion for strategy and analytical marketing I design the strategic marketing plan and set priorities to foster branding and generate the necessary leads over the year. A part-time employee in event management and two agencies support me in executing the work.

Spokesperson (English/ Arabic) for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Sudan. Liaising with the relevant local actors and representing the ICRC to local Arabic and international Arabic media.

Interviewing and debriefing Palestinian political prisoners and visiting places of detention.

Writing project proposals to fundraise to the European Commission and the German Federal Government.

Advising newly founded NGOs in fundraising and supporting it in the institutionalization process.

Grant management and organization of conferences about Syrian civil society.
