I am publishing the esports yearbook and also writing articles for this annual together with Dr. Tobias M. Scholz from the University of Siegen. Each year we encourage the world’s most talented esports scholars to write dedicated articles in order to collect great esports research, make it available at Universities and within the industry, thereby giving young scholars a voice and a platform.

A guest lecture at Manchester Metropolitan University called "Sustainability in a Digital Corporate Setting" on the Sociology and Criminology Undergraduate Programme.

AT ESL FACEIT GROUP I created the yearly non-financial reporting and drove the CSR strategy at EFG, leading a cross-functional team when Dreamhack and ESL were publicly listed as part of the Modern Times Group. The rebound effect is the biggest problem companies encounter on their transformation journey. In order to become regenerative and economically sustainable, my CSR strategy is based on triple materiality and the Doughnut Economics Model.

In this keynote, Dr. Julia Hiltscher will not only talk about the necessity of taking action from an esports and gaming standpoint, she will differentiate between what we are not doing yet vs. what the levers for successful transformation towards a regenerative business are and how greenwashing can be exposed. Sustainability beginners as well as professionals will be able to benefit from this presentation.

Funded by the Federal Agency for Civic Education, a themed evening on "Democracy on the Net" took place in Potsdam on June 1st. Together with Mick Prinz (AMADEU ANTONIO-STIFTUNG) and Martin Fischer (KEINEN PIXEL DEM FASCHISMUS) I had the honor of holding a panel on the topic: "FROM DIGITAL NATIVES TO DIGITAL CITIZENS - YOUNG GAMERS AND DEMOCRACY ON THE NET". It was moderated by Azadê Peşmen.

At the "Collision Query" conference on May 16, 2023, I had a panel with Niklas Luginsland and Lukas Galinski to discuss obstacles to the barrier-free use of digital games and access to esports events.

The #ChiefTomorrowOfficer Team invited me for the “Experts for Future x Gen Z" event on the 30th of January at Deutsche Telekom HQs, Bonn.

Keynote for the „Nordic Esports“ Series at Uppsala University‘s Gotland Campus on the 23rd of March 2022. I introduced ESL Faceit Group‘s CSR Strategy to the professors and PhD students. With many practical examples from my work, I explained how becoming net green (climate positive) and really fostering biodiversity (without greenwashing) is possible for any digital business.
